Returns & Refunds
At Mothercould, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. Items must be in new, unused condition and include any original packaging if applicable.
We currently offer refunds only and do not process exchanges at this time. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, which may vary per your location. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 7 business days after processing for the refund to appear on your statement.
Some items may be marked as final sale or non-returnable. These items will be clearly indicated on their product pages and are not eligible for return or refund.
